3. 🚫 AI Usage Policy
When you upload or submit music to HRDRV, we ask that you keep things human and authentic:
✅ Allowed:
- AI-enhanced vocals based on your own human-recorded performance (e.g. gender/style transformations).
🚫 Not Allowed:
- Fully AI-generated songs, vocals, lyrics, or melodies.
- Using AI voices with zero human input.
We protect creativity + legal rights for all members. No exceptions.
4. 📤 Music Distribution
- HRDRV Distribution is application-based and optional.
- HRDRV receives a 5% commission on net streaming revenue.
- If you cancel your membership, your music will be removed from stores within 14 days.
- We may reject or remove tracks that are poorly mixed, offensive, or infringe on copyrights, with or without notice.
- Songs flagged for artificial streaming or copyright infringement will be removed.
- If you believe removal was a mistake, we'll do our best to assist you in filing an appeal.

5. 🎬 HRDRV Sync
Our non-exclusive pitching service for:
- TV/film supervisors
- Ad agencies
- Major artist placements
- Labels, game studios, and more
How It Works:
(Please note: Everything below only applies to songs placed through HRDRV's pitching efforts — not songs you upload but we don't place, or songs you release/upload anywhere else.)
- Song-by-song, non-exclusive deals (unless otherwise agreed).
- You always keep 100% of your writer's share 📝
- HRDRV splits the publisher's share 50/50 on tracks placed by us (e.g., if your pub share is 20%, HRDRV gets 10%).
- If you don't have a publishing entity, HRDRV may temporarily collect 100% of the pub share to ensure your royalties don't vanish into the "black box".
- Upfront fees (e.g., sync fees or advances) are split 50/50.
- You can pitch your songs elsewhere. Just let us know if a song is placed exclusively elsewhere — we'll pull it from our system.

6. 💼 Contractors
- Service providers (e.g. graphic designers, engineers, mentors) are not HRDRV employees.
- HRDRV takes a 12% service fee on these transactions.
- Please communicate through the platform only. We do not support off-platform interactions between members and providers.
7. 🚫 User Conduct
Be a decent human. Don't:
- Hack, spam, or impersonate others.
- Share private info that's not yours.
- Post hateful, offensive, or illegal content.
- Use HRDRV's brand without permission.
8. 💥 Liability
We're not responsible for:
- Third-party actions
- Service interruptions
- Songs you lose or forget to back up
Use HRDRV at your own risk. If you're unhappy, the solution is simple: stop using the platform.
9. ⚖️ Disputes
By using HRDRV, you agree to binding arbitration. That means:
- No court. No jury. No class actions.
- Disputes will be handled by a neutral arbitrator.
- Governed by the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act.
10. 📬 Communications
By signing up, you agree to receive emails and texts from us.
11. 🧾 Misc. Legal Stuff
- These terms are governed by the laws of California 🌴
- If one part is invalid, the rest still apply.
